New Research Confirms Time Travel is Mathematically Possible

image credit One of the many things that keeps scientists awake at night is  whether or not we humans will one day be capable of traveling through  time. Up until this point, the answer to this question seemed negative,  although that may no longer be the case. In theory it certainly is  possible, at least when looking at it from a mathematical point of view.   [ Read Full News ] This Post Was Published On My Steemit Blog . The quarterback is followed by the rate of culminations endeavored and made, alongside finishing yards. The separation he tossed the ball and which side of the field he through the ball. Also, to the culmination rate taking into account taking the snap from under focus or shotgun. These pigskin numbers are all used to build up a numerical model of the quarterback, for factual examination with different quarterbacks.  The recipient who got the pass is judged on the quantity of passes tossed to him and the quantity of gets. He is lik...

mathematics behind chess

Is there any relationship between supposing numerically and supposing in the round of Chess? At the end of the day, should a man having a dynamic personality in Mathematics turned out to be essentially a decent Chess player have aptitudes in Mathematics?  It is important to call attention to that because of the subject intricacy, our endeavors will be to clarify essential attributes of both  Science and Chess which have been postured by surely understood Mathematicians and Chess players. In like manner, we are not keen on uncovering truths, for instance, from the Theory of Knowledge, Psychology, Epistemology or going further into the specialized and complex parts of Chess.  In the first place, let us analyze a few characteristics of Mathernatics.  Individuals having poor involvement in Mathematics trust that knowing how to include, subtract, increase or separation empowers them to say that they could ace Mathematics. Others having some aptitu...

What are bitcoin miners really solving? (collected from web)

What are bitcoin miners really solving? Here is an  extremely  simplified sketch of the problem, but it should give a pretty good idea of what the problem is.  The data:  This is the hash of the lastest block (shortened to 30 characters):   00000000000001adf44c7d69767585 These are the hashes of a few valid transactions waiting for inclusion (shortened).  5572eca4dd4 db7d0c0b845 And this the hash of one special transaction that you just crafted, which gives 25BTC (the current reward) to yourself:  916d849af76 Building the next block:  Now, let's use a gross approximation of what a new block might look  like (the real one uses binary format). It contains the hash of the  previous block and the hashes of those 3 transactions:  00000000000001adf44c7d69767585--5572eca4dd4-db7d0c0b845-916d849af76-- Now let's do mining by hand! Our goal is to complete this block with a  nonce (a piece of garbage) such that the ...

mathematics of bitcoin - Eric Rykwalder

One reason bitcoin can be confusing for beginners is that the technology behind it redefines the concept of ownership. To own something in the traditional sense, be it a house or a sum of  money, means either having personal custody of the thing or granting  custody to a trusted entity such as a bank. With bitcoin the case is different. Bitcoins themselves are not  stored either centrally or locally and so no one entity is their  custodian. They exist as records on a distributed ledger called the  block chain, copies of which are shared by a volunteer network of  connected computers. To “own” a bitcoin simply means having the ability  to transfer control of it to someone else by creating a record of the  transfer in the block chain. What grants this ability? Access to an  ECDSA  private and public key pair. What does that mean and how does that secure bitcoin? Let’s have a look under the hood.  ECDSA  is short for Elliptic ...
